If you know me well, you know that I chase the elusive happiness in my life. Don’t get me wrong, I’m good. Grateful, content. However, i come from the background which says happiness can’t be a myth. There has to be some proven techniques to make yourself happy, no matter what you’re doing, how much you’re earning.
It’s a completely different thing if you’re stuck in a disastrous relationship or have acute shortage for basic necessities. But for most of us, the basics are thoroughly met. So, why are some people more happier than others?
Dr. Rajagopal Raghunathan, a visiting professor at ISB Hyderabad debunks the entire theory of happiness and how! Being a professor himself – he leaves no stone unturned to explain scientifically how everyone can be happy 🙂
I’ve done the entire course here and am thoroughly convinced :
Yeah, I know. Knowing is not doing. I’m still far off from implementing whatever Professor has taught, but doing this course is like having the key. The problem now is go to go to the door and put the key in. Atleast you can’t complain of not knowing what the key is!
Am not spoiling the fun for people who want to do the course, so have kept the post really generic, contrary to my spoiler-filled posts. Enrol, and have some enlightenment 🙂
Have a great day and keep rocking!!
