C25k : week 3 day 1

Less sleep, more fatigue. Started the day with not so fresh mindset. 4th round – stopped 35 seconds short, took a pause for 5 seconds and redid the remaining. The app says only 3 runs per week – i do everyday. Should ask my marathon runner bro on what should ideally be the case?!

I got stretches videos from him, which i havent started doing yet. Time to prep up for run using them!
