C25k : week 3 day 1

When i saw yesterday that its a continuous 3 min run, i almost gave up. Then i remembered my rule : no matter what, try. One day, you’ll make it. So i go down today and find myself finishing  the 2 rounds of 90 sec jog – 90 sec walk – 3 min jog – 3 min walk with very little discomfort. Not bad, eh?
