C25k : week 2 day 2

I wore my running shoes and sat in the sofa for 10 minutes. I didnt want to go. For very long. I wanted to stop running. Enough. I just want to watch some youtube instead.

I still went. And did my week 2 day 2. Today was good. I felt a lot better after the running practise. 90 sec jog and 2 mins run. 6 rounds.

The only reason habits are easier to form in childhood : your mom doesnt give you the luxury to think and contemplate. You just need to get it done. I hate being grown up.
