Meditation : day 8

Decided to try for a while before paying. The app ‘calm’ has a free 10 min timer based setting. You’d hear faint rainforest sounds. And nothing else. I did okay, but my mind wandered off more than i thought. Its not a good idea to meditate immediately after the running practise. The sweat distracts my meagre concentration.

Will try before run tomorrow.
