Offlate, there are couple of things that are completely un-necessary but have been occupying a little central portion of life. The only reasonable ways of getting them out – Exercise and Meditation. I started exercise with C25K app, and meditation with “Calm” app.
I took on the 7 min beginner’s guide to meditation, and did the day 1 yesterday. I did notice myself drifting quite a bit. However, i managed to sit through the 10 minutes.
Plan to do the same today.
