I wanted to read this book from quite quite long. Managed to finish it today, in an hour and half. The feel in the book is awesome. How hard it must have been for the author to recollect everything until his fiancee’s death and pen them down? When you read fiction, you tend to question it at times. When you know you are reading some one else’s real life story – just read and feel.
It’s hard to describe in detail but at few places the book is really great. Not being a tragic lover, I skipped the portions of the book where Khushi gets admitted to the hospital. If you are travelling somewhere and have about 2 hours to kill – go ahead and read it. You’ll not regret!!
On a side note, the author is a tester in Infosys. Somehow, this fact made me a bit happy as the general impression these days is software people go overseas and make lot of money. But are good for nothing. Wish I hear more software people doing better non-software things.
Have a good day and keep rocking!!
