Boot camp : Week 4 day 1

Today is kickboxing. By far, my best session. Able to sustain throughout the session, without much pain or discomfort. Here’s what we did:

2 straight punches, 10 meters run : Gradually increase to 20 punches

Take the defending position, and squat when kicker runs

2 straight punches, 2 knee punches, 10 meters run : Gradually increase to 20 punches

Take the defending position, and squat when kicker runs

2 straight punches, 2 knee punches, 1 kick with stronger leg , 10 meters run : Gradually increase to 10, and back to 2.

Take the defending position, and squat when kicker runs

2 straight punches, 2 knee punches, 1 kick with stronger leg , 1 kick with weaker leg, 10 meters run : Gradually increase to 10, and back to 2.

Take the defending position, and squat when kicker runs

30 seconds straight punches, 30 seconds knee punches and 30 seconds kick with stronger leg. No running.

Warm up.

It is fun, looking forward for thursday’s session.
