Today was good, except that my legs complained a bit more than before. That’s okay because I ran for the first time at 6.8 speed. Covered 3.5 km in 32 minutes – that means I ran for 27 minutes. 3 minute improvement.
I will just keep practicing until running becomes and old habit friend of mine.
Strangely, now I find that, suddenly I can understand the English songs I have been listening to. Good.
