Cool day. Yeah, literally. It was cold in the morning and I was holding my DD and sleeping tight. The alarm went on and off and I slept for couple of more minutes. Finally, I got up and absent mindedly went to the gym. That’s what you do when gym starts turning into your habit.
For the run, 2.4 km non stop. After 2, I felt that if I dont run a bit more, i did not do justice to the running I already did. So, I ran 0.4 extra , pretty pleased.
Noticed that, running has to be in the flow and bit forced for it to go over 2 km. hope I can run 4km by may 20th, my race day.
