After 2 days of stomach upset, I bravely went running today. Overall a satisfactory run, just stopping for about 10 seconds in the 3 min run. I think I need to repeat week 3 for the whole of next week. Plan to do 3 consecutive days. Let’s see.
As usual, I started feeling guilty, when I didn’t run 3 min at a stretch. However, thanks to the MINDFUL MOON app that I keep watching many a times in a day, I quickly recollected that I should never say things to myself which I will never say to others. For a change, I thought, what would I say to someone in my situation. Of course, I would appreciate them for coming to today’s run n ask them to just try harder next time. Took the same approach to myself as well. Very very relaxed.
I want to be so strong mentally and physically that, I will be ready to enjoy and lead the happiest life possible.i want every moment of my life to be HAPPY.
